I’m very excited to be working on a new duo project with the remarkable cellist Mark Summer. Mark was a cofounder of the groundbreaking, two time Grammy winning Turtle Island Quartet. Mark’s spent 30 years with the group touring, and recording and has recently decided to embark on a solo career.
We’ve been developing a repertoire that includes original compositions along with material from Pat Metheny, Egberto Gismonte, Keith Jarrett, Pixinguinha, Roger Kellaway to name a few. Look for our performance at Silo’s in Napa and at the New Directions Cello Festival in Arcata, CA this June.
